Article 1 | Identity of Triple8 BV

Article 2 | Applicability

De bepalingen van deze leveringsvoorwaarden van Triple8 zijn van toepassing op alle aanbiedingen en online diensten van Triple8. Wanneer u een bestelling tot ondertiteling en/ of vertaling plaatst, gaat u akkoord met deze voorwaarden, de overeenkomst. Lees deze dus zorgvuldig door voordat u een bestelling plaatst. Als u vragen heeft over deze voorwaarden, neem dan contact op met Triple8.

Article 3 | Agreement and Order

3.1 The agreement is binding the moment you place an order for subtitling your from the removal of an agreement from the agreement, hereinafter referred to as the service. Triple8 processes the order by creating your account, giving you access to the platform of subtitling or providing translation of your video.

3.2 All product prices on our website triple8.tv are exclusive of 21% VAT

3.3 At Triple8 you can choose from the payment method: Paypal, Credit Card, iDEAL or Bank Contact.

3.4 Your order is being processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order

3.5 If Triple8 accidentally mentions a political price on the website – it is clearly an agreement – Triple8 has the right to pass this on to passengers.

3.6 Triple8 provides appropriate technical and security measures for the electronic transfer of data and ensures a secure web and payment environment.

Article 4 | Delivery or completion times

Subtitling and/or translating the video file supplied by you will be performed in real time, but cannot be regarded as a deadline. In the event of late delivery or completion, you must contact Triple8. The delivery/delivery times have been set in the expectation that there will be no delays for Triple8 to deliver its services

Article 5 | warranty and finish

5.1 After delivery, Triple8 does not guarantee the quality of the service. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service, you can report it by sending an email to support@triple8.tv.

5.2 Deviations in voice, recording level, audio quality, dialects, duration, etc. do not guarantee the quality of the subtitles and/or translation and are no grounds for rejection.

Article 6 | liability

6.1 Triple8’s liability is at all times limited to a maximum of the order value excluding VAT, the part of the agreement, procedure the liability ensues. The liability includes the legal liability for hair mat and financial and immaterial damage, of which it is demonstrably attributable to Triple8.

6.2 You are fully responsible for the correctness of the material to be supplied. Triple8 is not liable for ambiguity and incompleteness of the videos, data and/or complete instructions made available, in the broadest sense of the word. You in accordance with the regulations that no intellectual property rights of third parties can be approved or any other right is violated by the execution of the order for the goods made available by you and Triple8 indemnifies Triple8 against all claims from third parties on account of this.

6.3 You indemnify Triple8 against all third-party claims arising from the use of the delivered goods.

6.4 Triple8 is not liable for damage resulting from loss of the video recorded for the implementation of the agreement.

Article 7 | Intellectual property rights

7.1 Triple8 reserves all intellectual property rights on all concepts, texts, ideas, etc. realized by Triple8. Reproduction, publication and reception is permitted with the explicit written permission of Triple8.

7.2 You indemnify Triple8 against all third-party claims with regard to payment of the due performance and/or mechanical reproduction rights with regard to the portrait rights, image rights, musical works and recordings of musical works used by the client.

7.3 You furthermore indemnify Triple8 against all advancing third parties due to the exercise by Triple8 of the property rights laid down by Triple8 in consequence of the client. You will compensate Triple8 for all damage, which claims for Triple8 are progressing from this.

Article 8 | Ending door Triple8; blocking

8.1 Triple8 is intended to immediately support, suspend or notice of default in full if you any part of the agreement of the conditions not or not fully complies and shows no indication that it will continue in the future fulfill.

8.2 Triple8 is entitled, without legal liability of liability to you, the service and other agreements without further notice of default of judicial intervention with immediate effect to implement in full, then discontinue service to suspend if it is plausible that you:
• entered into or failed to do the contract under false pretenses (timely) pass on correct data or changes thereto to Triple8 and there is a suspicion of misuse and/or improper use of the shift;
• acts contrary to the law of morality or causes damage to Triple8 or a third;
• will not fulfill the obligations under the agreement, if the short term has marked with the non justify.

8.3 You are responsible for the adequate security of the computer and telecommunications networks used. You guarantee that he has taken all measures to prevent misuse of the service. Triple8 is never liable and you indemnify Triple8 against all claims.

Article 9 | Disputes

9.1 All legal relationships are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
